I recently completed a rental arrangement and this is written to express my appreciation to your staff.

I have been using your service at City One (奇豐) over the past few years with Fanny, a dedicated staff and the main reason why I would continue using your service afterwards. In Jul/Aug, I told Fanny I have a flat to be available for rental. A lot of useful market information was given by she and her supervisor, Ken. Not long afterwards, a potential tenant was located and the deal was completed.

I must reiterate that the tenant is referred to by another of your staff, Koey. As the tenant is 4 students from the Mainland, extra efforts were required to confirm their identities as well as explaining the terms to them. Yet, Koey performed well and helped to convey all the terms between the tenants and me. She was also extremely helpful in handling tenants' assistance addressed to me including to help the tenant to change an out of function access card and resolved a few tenants' concern. Without she, I may have to leave the flat vacated for longer or spend some more time to handle tenant's enquiry.
